In 2025, Oshen went from multi-day to multi-month missions, secured multi-million-pound projects, and made the first surface robots in the world to collect data inside a Category 5 hurricane. We're growing fast and are looking for a few key people to join us to make next year's achievements even bigger. 
This is what we're looking for:

🛠️ Production Manager:
We're scaling from small, surge-built batches of robots to continuous, high-volume production. Your mission is to "McDonaldise" our manufacturing: build processes so clear and robust that a new team member can walk in and be assembling C-Star parts confidently within an hour.

💻 Software Engineer:
We need a full‑stack engineer who wants high autonomy and will own our software stack end‑to‑end: from our mission manager app, to customer dashboards, to firmware and backend systems that make everything run.

🪛 Part‑Time Robot Builders:
We’re assembling a team to help scale up production of our robot swarms, with part time flexible roles to meet our changing needs in the workshop.​
